Cinderella tells it
Yes I know. Everybody envies me. I married a prince and ended up living happily ever after. Is that what every girl dreams of? Well I can tell you, it isn't easy being married to a prince, especially not when you have to live with his mother and father too. You should try it some time and see how happily ever after you feel. But ten years later it is not so easy if you have five children specially when you have to still live with parents in law. Your handsome husband now is balding and moody you should try it some time - check your dream in your real life. Maybe I will ask my godmother to use a magic wand once more to change the prince to be handsome again. Also do the same for me. If my dream comes true i will move to another castle without parents-in-law.To be honest my life is not easy.We are busy with our own work. We have not enough time for each other. I need some change i want to go back in my dreams.
Our life looks glamorous but it is not.
I’m Cinderalla. I had a dream when I was sixteen, so I got married to a prince. He was handsome and lived in a magnificent castle. That was enough to be fascinated. Wasn’t it ?.. I was a poor girl living with a haughty stepmother and two selfish stepdaughter. Getting up before sun rise, cleaning home, cooking meal, sewing and ironing clothes and finally looking after animals until everybody went to bed and not complaining to the father in order not make him upset was my fate. There was only one way to put up with everything, and I did so. After the marriage, the following morning I woke up and saw that the prince was the servant of the palace. He was short and stout. The godmother had helped him too. The magnificent castle was a coop, beatiful young ladies were hens, the king was the watchdog of the farm and the queen was a cat. Now I’m thirty. I have three daughters. I still have a dream.. I want my daughters to go to university, get a job and hava a decent career.
Hello. Everybody calls me CINDERELLA.I don’t know what Cinderella means. When I was a child, I never imagined that I would be famous one day. If somebody had told me my story, I would have laughed at them. But now it is real. When I was at the party, I met my sweetheart who was the prince. That’s why everybody was jealous of me. When I got married, I was so happy. I am still happy. He is very attractive, successful and handsome. He is also proud of himself. I like him so much. However, I am trying to change his conception about monarchy. Every time I tell him democracy is better than monarchy.
